Rheal Caron has 30 years of experience working in the Utilities and Independent Power Producer (IPP) industry. His experience includes due diligence for plant acquisitions and divestitures, major maintenance outages, alignment of acquired assets with corporate procedures, risk management, project management and NERC compliance. Caron had held the roles of Power Plant Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Asset Management and more recently, Director of Power Advisory. He has worked as a Project Manager to implement an ISO 55000 based Asset Management Program and works closely with ABS Group ISO 55000 auditors.
