Integrated Management Systems Lead Auditor

This course provides the training requirements for delegates who want to be Lead Auditor certified by Exemplar Global (RABQSA). The course is essential for anyone involved or responsible for management of quality, environment and/or safety that wants to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 complemented with the auditor skills and leadership based on ISO 19011. It is also aimed at internal auditors who need to improve their skills and knowledge in these areas.



Train and qualify participants with a methodology focused on developing skills, abilities, foundations, concepts and tools to manage an audit team and audit an IMS within an organization using ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.


We recommend (1) prior experience in the quality environment and OHS arena; (2) experience in interpretation and/or internal auditor coursework of the standards; and (3) prior reading of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and ISO 19011 standards.

DURATION: 5 Days (8 am to 6 pm)

The participant will be certified in five competencies (Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, Auditing and Leadership) with an Exemplar Global (RABSQA) registration. Delegates must meet the requirements of continuous assessments and final exam.

Wilson Silia Júnior

Mr. Silia Júnior is a management systems professional with over 20 years of experience as a Quality Engineering Manager in various industries such as Pulp & Paper, Automotive and Mechanical Processing. Mr. Silia Júnior is a qualified auditor and certification body instructor for ABS Quality Evaluations and specializes in the following standards: IATF16949: 2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, OHSAS 18001:2007 and SA 8000. He has conducted training globally in Brazil, Chile, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States. Mr. Silia Júnior holds an MBA from FGV Brazil and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Taubaté, São Paulo, Brazil.
