International Automotive Task Force (IATF) 16949:2016 Transition Overview

June 7, 2017 | 10:00 - 11:00 am CDT

The International Automotive Task Force (IATF) 16949:2016 automotive standard was released in October 2016. In addition, the IATF Rules were updated in November 2016. All audits after October 1, 2017, must be performed to this new Automotive Standard as well as meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

This webinar will provide an overview of key changes to prepare automotive suppliers as they transition from ISO/TS 16949:2009 to IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015. Our goal is to provide transition guidance and help improve the transition process for automotive suppliers by covering the following:

  • Transition timeline
  • Gap analysis
  • Documentation review

Attendees will have an opportunity to address specific questions during the live session with an automotive industry expert.
