Russ Mokrouz is the Director of Operations - Implementation Services at ABS Consulting. Mokrouz is experienced in EAM software implementations, information technology (IT) project management, quality management and organizational leadership. He has more than 20 years of demonstrated all-around computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) implementation project expertise, from project planning, business process reviews, system configuration, technical documentation and validation to user acceptance, training and post-implementation support. Mokrouz has proven expertise in Calibration business processes, design and integration and is competent in Pharmaceuticals, Transmission and Distribution business processes, design and CMMS integration with numerous EAM/ERP computerized systems.
Robert McMasters, Senior Consultant II
Robert McMasters is a Senior Consultant II with 18 years of experience in applied maintenance management and reliability program development. He has led numerous ABS projects focused on the core elements of reliability-based maintenance including Maintenance Task Analysis (MAL), Asset Criticality Ranking, Asset Strategy Optimization and Spare Parts Analysis.
