Food Defense Consultant for ABS Group
Judy Fadden is an accomplished Intentional Adulteration mitigation expert and has developed risk-based mitigation strategies to meet FDA regulatory compliance for all segments of the food manufacturing supply chain. She has multi-faceted food industry experience in conducting Food Defense vulnerability assessments to meet FDA FSMA requirements. She was responsible for implementing the Food Defense program of a major corporate supply chain with over 10,000 employees, 47 manufacturing, 80+ contract manufacturing, 20+ distribution centers and transportation operations.
Fadden developed and conducted Aggressive Worker Prevention training at U.S. Supply Chain Manufacturing facilities with a focus on recognition of troubled workers and troubling situations that could escalate to Intentional Adulteration or workplace violence issues. Currently, she serves on the ASIS Food Defense and Agriculture Council.
Fadden served as the first Chairwoman of the Agro-Terrorism Committee of the NGFA-NAEGA until 2013. She has completed and assisted in training programs in Preventive Controls (PCQI) for Human Foods course and completed the PCQI for Animal Foods.
